TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms carefully. By becoming a client of The Ad Shoppe.com you are legally bound by these conditions. The Ad Shoppe.com may change these terms at anytime. Please periodically to review these conditions, as they are binding to you.

OWNERSHIP/COPYRIGHTS

Upon final approval, client retains all rights of ownership to all materials. The Ad Shoppe.com retain all rights to use the artwork for marketing materials. Any materials not selected or included in final delivery remain the rights of The Ad Shoppe.com.

DELIVERY OF DESIGNS/SHIPPING

Upon completion of project, all deliverables will be sent via email and/or on cd. If files are to be mialed, ground shipping will be used unless a rush is specified. To expedite rush, overnight shipping will be used.

Revision requests should be submitted through phone converstion or email. Revision restrints vary depending on package chosen. Client's requests shall be modifications of one chosen design only. Requests that depart from the chosen design and require major design changes, will be honored and completed in a timely manner set forth by these terms and conditions. The Ad Shoppe.com reserves the right to charge an additional fee for such revisions. No revision work which requires payment will be started without authorization from the client.

Client has 30 days to respond to each response sent to you. If after 30 days you have failed to respond, The Ad Shoppe.com will assume that your project is complete and the project shall be deemed completed. The ad Shoppe's obligation is completed.

REFUNDS

The Ad Shoppe.com guarantees all of it's work. If you are not satisfied with the initial layout designs, at that time, a refund can be requested. Once a design is accepted and revisions are being made or the design is approved, refunds will not be granted.

Should you receive a refund, you agree that your acceptance of the refund shall constitute your sole and exclusive remedy with respect to related Responses. Additionally, you acknowledge that you will have no right (express or implied) to use any Response or other work product, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

ADDITIONAL WORK

Should the client require additional services beyond the scope of the package purchased (either concurrently with the project or at a later date), the client will be provided with a price for the work. Additional work will be done after pre-paying in full.

OTHER SERVICES GUARANTEE & REFUND POLICY

Any service other than ad design, does not fall under our guarantee/refund policy. Refunds for other services such as, but not limited to: logos, business cards, stationery, envelopes, posters, brochures, etc will be left to the sole discretion of The Ad Shoppe.com
