Ordering an ad from Ad Shoppe is an easy process. Simply look over the different packages we offer on the pricing page, select a package, order your package and we start designing your ad. Then you:



In Detail:
1. Go to our pricing page and select the package that you feel will best fit your needs. Then simply add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout when you are ready to place order. You may also contact us at any time to speak with a sales representative trained to answer any questions you may have during the order process.
2. Next, you will be asked to process your payment by Visa, Master Card, or American Express. There is also a special request area on the form where you may include any information about your project. (example: "I have a company logo that I will send FedEx. But I will need a photo, which we can discuss on the phone. I have some good direction to give you for the body copy. And I will probably want to include a coupon.) After receiving your order, an Ad Shoppe representative will contact you by phone to confirm your order and talk about the specifics of your ad design. (It is very important to have this initial conversation to get all of the neccessary information to ensure great concepts that you will be happy with. It is also an opportunity for you to tell us what you are looking for as well as the things you are not). Also, if you have material (logo, copy, photos, etc) that you need to send, we can discuss this as well.
3. Our team of professional ad designers will take the information, look at your industry and demographics and begin to brainstorm ideas. Within 3-5 business days (depending on package) we will email you the designated number of concepts/layouts (via PDF).
4. You will be able to view your concepts and choose the one concept you would like to work with, and suggest any revisions that you may have. We suggest doing this over the phone to ensure accurate information, although you may email revisions.
5. Next, we will begin on your revisions. Once the revisions have been completed, we will email them to you and you will have the opportunity to request further revisions or approve the ad.
6. Once you approve the ad (via email approval), we will then send you your final ad with a CD with the following files: High resolution PDF (ready to go to the publication), a printout of your ad, and any other files you may request.
*We will send the files directly to your publication at no charge.
